On the 31st of January and the 1st of February, we had our amazing performance of HOME, directed and written by Michelle Smith of LOVE THEATRE. Our friends from LOVE THEATRE had accompanied us to Calais in August and from the interviews they conducted there and their experiences, they created this performance. It portrayed Jersey’s response to the Refugee Crisis and also featured the stories of Wasim Dalal, Zana Ali and Ali Avut, who moved the audience with their humorous, but heartfelt narratives.

And what a response we had! The Arts Centre was sold out for two nights running and tons of people pledged their support for the causes we are campaigning for. We had positive media coverage in all local media and raised a good amount of money as well.
